Qiskit Fall Fest (introducing quantum computing), 11/13

We are student organizers for the Qiskit Fall Fest at Purdue University, a student-led event introducing quantum computing through talks, panels, and hands-on Qiskit workshops. The event will take place next Thursday, on November 13, from 7:15 PM to 10:30 PM in MJIS 1001.

Join us for an engaging, hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to use Qiskit to implement quantum algorithms and explore the future of quantum through Purdue faculty panel discussion. Our schedule includes a panel discussion, an IBM guest speaker, and two interactive Qiskit workshops:

• 7:15-7:30 PM: Introduction
• 7:40-8:10 PM: Panel - Quantum Computing: Current Landscape and Future Directions
• 8:20-8:50 PM: IBM Speaker
• 9:00-9:45 PM: Workshop 1 -  Qiskit Setup & Basics
• 9:50-10:30 PM: Workshop 2 - Shor’s Algorithm
