Denes Nagy pointed out that Bolyai's Tentamen was written in Latin, not Hungarian as stated in the bibliography. Oh, dear, those languages are both Greek to me!

Don Knuth has prepared a summary of Dudeney columns from The Weekly Dispatch and a summary of Dudeney columns from the Strand Magazine. He accompanies both summaries with cross-references to other columns and his books.
In the Weekly Dispatch listing, he lists a few columns for the beginning of 1904 that I had only learned of recently. His columns thus run until March 13, 1904, with the solutions appearing until March 27, 1904, rather than December 26, 1903 as I had noted. However, as best I can determine, no significant dissection problems appeared in the three additional months.
The title of Harry Lindgren's article (1964a) was inadvertantly left out! It should be "Dissections for Schools." I don't remember now why I put the article in the bibliography. Most of the dissections in it are to be found in Geometric Dissections. The three that were too late for that book are:
- Figures 31-32 - a 12-piece dissection of three {6/2}s to one {6/2}
- Figures 41-42 - an 18-piece dissection of three {9}'s to one {9}
- Figures 49-50 - a 13-piece dissection of a {10} to a {7}
The page numbers for William Macaulay's 1915 article should be 72--6 and 109--15, not 74--6 and 109--15.

David Paterson's article, "Geometric dissections in 4-D," referred to as Paterson (1995c), appeared in 1997 on pages 22-37 of Journal of Recreational Mathematics 28 (1).
His article, "Enneagon dissections," referred to as Paterson (1995b), appeared in 1998 on pages 107-113 of Journal of Recreational Mathematics 29 (2). Note that in his article, "Irving Fleece" should be Ernest Irving Freese.
The book Sam Loyd and His Chess Problems is by Alain C. White, not Alan C. White.
