Entrepreneurship:

• Co-founded Arxan Technologies Inc. in 2001. The company won many industry awards, and was used as case study in MBA courses at many universities (including U Chicago in course 34101, U Penn in course FNCE 750, U Toronto in course RSM 410H1S, NYU in course FINC-GB.3365.01, UBC in course BAEN 580D). The company was acquired in 2013 by private equity firm TA Associates. Its defense subsidiary, Arxan Defense Systems Inc, was acquired in 2010 by Microsemi Corporation.
