Outstanding experience

"Computer science is one of the youngest and most exciting fields, having a good blending of science and engineering, and is influencing almost all aspects of the society. Data science, AI, and quantum computing are all emerging areas that you will find fascinating! Purdue CS is one of the top programs in the US, and undoubtedly it is one of the best places for young and exciting talents. It's almost 18 years now from my 4-year PhD study, but it still influences me a lot in my career, allowing me to get deeper into different disciplines of computer science, and at the same time see many different things in academia and life. I owe my achievements (Professor and Associate Dean of Engineering, HKU) to the great education of Purdue.
