Two computer science majors named Academic All-Big Ten

Two student-athletes from Purdue University's Department of Computer Science earned Academic All-Big Ten recognition during the winter 2021-2022 sports season. All Purdue Academic All-Big Ten honorees can be viewed here

 Brennan Doyle, computer science major 

Brennan Doyle, a junior and computer science major, is a member of the the Purdue University Wrestling team. He received special recognition for maintaining a flawless 4.0 cumulative GPA. 

 

Batuhan Hakan, Computer Science major

Batuhan Hakan is a member of the Purdue University Men's Swimming and Diving team. He was named Academic All-Big Ten in 2021 

 

 

They join the three student-athletes who earned All-Big Ten recognition during the fall 2021 sports season last semester. 

Ian Hunter is a senior majoring in computer science, actuarial science, and applied statistics. He is a member of the Purdue University Cross Country team and maintains a 4.0 cumulative GPA and was named Academic All-Big Ten in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

William White is a junior majoring in computer science. He is a member of the Purdue University Cross Country team and was named Academic All-Big Ten in 2020 and 2021.

Alex Frey is a sophomore majoring in computer science. He is a member of the Purdue University Cross Country team and was named Academic All-Big Ten in 2021.
