CCO Presents "Digital Empowerment Summit ~ Navigating the Tech Job Market in the Age of AI", 4/9

The Digital Empowerment Summit is a new conference hosted by the Purdue Center for Career Opportunities (CCO) and designed to help Purdue undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in technology navigate today’s increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving job market.

The summit will be held from 2:00-8:00pm on Thursday, April 9 in the Stewart Center, and will bring together industry professionals, recruiters, and technology leaders to discuss the current state of the tech job market, how artificial intelligence is transforming industries and hiring practices, and what candidates can do to stand out in an AI-driven landscape. The event will feature speakers including:

Gerald Stanley, Managing Partner of Ink/Insight

Ankur Jain, Head of Analytics, Global Accounts, International Expansion & Canada at Amazon Ads

Losalind Connell, Manager IT Talent Strategy at Sallie Mae

Nitin Jain, Analytics Strategy & Operations Manager at Caterpillar Inc.

Dafne Coria, IDS Analyst at Eli Lilly & Company

Kati Hutsell, Career Advisor at Purdue University and former recruiter at Meta, Amazon and Google

Participants will leave with practical insights, strategies, and connections to help them successfully launch their careers in tech.
