Training Length: 6 weeks (Fully remote)

Location: Dallas and San Antonio Texas

Training Pay: $40 an hour

Contract pay: $50 an hour

Contract length: 2 years

Experience requirement: 2+ years of development experience

 

Brief Description: 

A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a software engineer who works directly with clients to understand business challenges, design technical solutions, build the software, and help deploy and scale those solutions.

Unlike a traditional developer, FDEs are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle and work closely with stakeholders to translate complex or ambiguous business requirements into effective technical solutions. Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills are essential for success in this role.

 

What is an FDE?
You work directly with clients to solve complex
problems, build AI-powered solutions and deploy them
inside their environment. You bridge the gap between
technology and real-world outcomes.
FDE is the highest-leverage engineering role in
enterprise delivery right now, and it builds client-facing
judgment on top of real engineering depth.
Organizations are moving from experimenting with AI to deploying it.

Qualified candidates grew a fraction of that- that gap is the
