CS Students Receive CRA Honorable Mention

Alexei Czeskis and Ryan Stutsman have been selected for Honorable Mentions in the Computing Research Association's Outstanding Undergraduate Award for 2007. The CRA Outstanding Undergraduate Award program recognizes students who show outstanding research potential in an area of computing research.
Alexei Czeskis is a senior in Computer Science and Mathematics with a minor in Russian. He has two publications in the field, and his research, under Prof. Elisa Bertino, focuses on digital identity management. Alexei has won several entrepreneurial competitions with his work on Merlin's Magic Castle, and he has received scholarships and recognition in support of his outstanding research ability. Alexei will receive his BS in Computer Science and Mathematics in May 2007.
Ryan Stutsman is a senior in Computer Science with coursework emphasis on algorithms and theory. Ryan has two publications in the field of computer science, and his research, under Prof. Mike Atallah, focuses on hiding information in natural language text. His exceptional research abilities have earned him scholarships and recognitions. Ryan will receive his BS in Computer Science in May 2007.
