Objective: Help students understand that effective teamwork relies on everyone contributing their strengths, and leaders are there to support and elevate the team rather than take control.
Class Discussion: What Makes a Good Leader?

- Activity: Assign these roles in a mini-group project to help students see the value of each role in action.
