Toner Cartridge Policy for CS Printers

• The CS department at Purdue University provides color and/or monochrome printing in selected output areas in the LWSN, HAAS, DSAI, and Hicks buildings. The department provides all consumable products for the printers located in those shared designated output areas. CS printers are on maintenance contracts. Repairs and toner are covered by those contracts.
• There are several printers located in individual offices and research labs that belong to a faculty member or a group of faculty members. The department does not provide toner cartridges or pay for repairs if not on a maintenance contract.
• The department currently provides paper for all of the CS printers that reside in LWSN, HAAS, DSAI, and Hicks that are purchased using Purdue CS funds.
