Printing
Photocopies in the Mailroom (LWSN 1151)
- For CS Faculty or Staff, please email workstudy@cs.purdue.edu
- Please provide at least 24 hr notice.
- Include the document to be copied.
- How many copies?
- Single-sided or Double-sided?
- (If you are scanning exams, double-sided copies will decrease the time to process requests for scanning.)
- You will receive an email when the copies are ready for pickup. (ID required)
Research posters in the Leadership Suite (LWSN 3144)
- For CS Faculty or Grad Students, please email posterprint-request@cs.purdue.edu
- Please provide 24 hours notice
- Use the correct logo for Purdue CS on the CS Brand Guide page.
- Send a PDF and state the dimensions in the email request.
Printing posters in WALC
- Poster, large document, and photo printing service for all students.
- Printing instructions for WALC
- Costs $4 per linear foot.
- Hours for printing based on WALC hours of operation and Purdue IT worker availability.
- Requires a BoilerExpress account.
Scanning
Scanning Request in the Mailroom (LWSN 1151)
- For CS Faculty or Staff, please email workstudy@cs.purdue.edu
- Single-sided scans or double-sided scans? (If single-sided copies are brought in, we will scan single-sided unless instructed to scan double-sided.)
- Instruct how to share. (FileLocker or USB)
- You will receive an email when the scans are completed.
