Judge
The Purdue Undergraduate Research conference planning committee seeks judges for in-person presentations and the virtual conference. The success of the Spring Undergraduate Research Conference is due in large part to the many judges who provide feedback to the student presenters throughout the Conference. In addition to student feedback, the scores are used to disperse several presentation awards. Judges are comprised of faculty, staff, post-docs, Purdue retirees, graduate students, alums, parents, friends, industry professionals, and community members. We received several hundred submissions and will need many judges to make the event most successful. Judges who submit 6 or more formal judging feedback forms through the Qualtrics system will receive a $20 gift card*. See judging details here. Volunteer
The Purdue Undergraduate Research Conference planning committee seeks individuals to help with the logistical components of running the 2025 Spring Undergraduate Research Conference. These vital positions include helping with set-up, running the coat and bag check, and working at student and judge registration for the poster sessions on April 8 in the PMU Ballrooms and serving as a room moderator on April 10 in STEW 214. Various time slots are available using this SignUpGenius link
. Those who sign up will receive instructions closer to the event and should plan to be there during the times they volunteer.
Late Submissions
Due to requests for late submissions, an application is now available for a “final call” poster session. Please review the Final Call Session information.
